SanaMente Aliados is a Non-profit organization that aims to
provide mental health and community engagement services to
reduce stigma and improve well-being, particularly among
underserved populations.

compassionate, culturally sensitive,
and affordable services that enable
individuals, families, and
communities to thrive. Committed
to breaking down barriers,
SanaMente focuses on personalized
care, impactful outreach, education,
and advocacy to promote mental
well-being and resilience for all.

SanaMente Aliados was established in the Fall of 2024 by a group of
dedicated professionals with a shared commitment to addressing the growing
need for accessible and affordable mental health services. Recognizing the
significant challenges and barriers many face when seeking quality mental
healthcare, the founders—Mary Perez, LCSW-S; Maria Rivera, LPC-S; Mayra
Trejo, LPC; and Nelly Zuniga, APRN, PMHNP-BC—came together with a vision to
create a supportive environment where individuals in the community could
find the care and understanding they deserve. Through their combined
expertise and compassionate approach, SanaMente Aliados aims to provide
meaningful and transformative mental health services that empower and uplift
those in need.

Our practice is grounded in the principles of cultural humility, ensuring that all individuals feel
seen, heard, and valued. We are committed to reducing the stigma associated with mental health
and advocating for the importance of mental well-being in all aspects of life.



SanaMente Aliados is formed by a diverse and dedicated team united by a shared belief in the
power of mental health to transform lives. We offer a range of services, including individual
therapy, family therapy, couple’s therapy, group therapy, and medication management, tailored to
meet the unique needs of each client.
